About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement campaign optimization strategies for advertising clients

Develop keyword packages, bid strategies, and budget recommendations

Analyze performance data at both account and campaign levels

Create performance reports to inform optimization efforts

Align optimizations with client objectives across Search, GSN, Mobile, and YouTube

Identify new growth opportunities for client accounts

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes and industry best practices

Deliver outstanding customer service to internal account teams

Recommend operational improvements through innovation and insight
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Polish and English

Experience in digital marketing, client service, or account management

AdWords Search Fundamentals certification (preferred)

Previous experience in B2B environments and with online advertising tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
