It has played a vital role in shaping Manchester’s music scene and has supported artists from back-rooms to main stage. With its £50million redevelopment, the new look AO Arena will attract more artists and more fans, for many years to come.
About the Role
As part of our European growth strategy, this role supports the Estates Department in delivering a first-class, compliance-led facilities service across our UK venues. Based at the AO Arena, the Facilities Coordinator will manage CAFM systems, assist with planned and reactive maintenance, and support reporting and procurement to drive asset management. By working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for artists, promoters, and guests while maximising business and service performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Estates Helpdesk, scheduling works and maintaining data in the CAFM system
Support CAFM performance by reporting issues and ensuring accurate, up-to-date information
Provide proactive helpdesk communication to clients and coordinate contractor visits around venue activity
Oversee compliance documentation and service records in CAFM and SharePoint
Handle procurement admin including purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and client quotations
Track rechargeable works and assist with reporting on SLAs, compliance, assets, and procurement
We are looking for someone with:
Experience using CAFM systems and helpdesk platforms within an Estates or FM environment
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ownership of high-priority tasks
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to handle client queries and complaints professionally
Familiarity with procurement processes and CAFM/client portal reporting (desirable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
