Are you passionate about coordinating all phases of a project from launch to customer sign-off in a dynamic industrial environment?
At Draxton Bilbao, located in Atxondo, we are looking to hire a Junior Program Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing new product projects from the development phase, defining, monitoring, updating, and leading the on-time execution of the project plan based on NPCD milestones, deliverables, and activities, acting as Draxton’s main point of contact with the customer’s plant until final sign-off.
This position reports both hierarchically and functionally to the Production Plant Manager.
🎯 Main Responsibilities:
You will define and coordinate the planning of new programs, considering plant priorities and capacity constraints.
You will lead the project CORE TEAM, facilitating collaboration between the plant, corporate departments, and external partners.
You will monitor the program’s progress, managing KPIs, the critical path, risks, and deliverables.
You will act as the main point of contact with the customer, ensuring the on-time delivery of tooling, samples, and documentation until final sign-off.
You will lead the pre-production and final validation phases, analyzing results and applying corrective actions to successfully achieve the PSW.
💡 To succeed in this role, you will need:
University degree in Engineering.
We’ll train you! Although previous experience in similar roles within a manufacturing environment will be valued.
English level B2 or higher. A spoken test will be conducted.
🕵🏼 What we offer:
Job stability with a permanent contract.
Full-time position with flexible working hours: Monday to Thursday, start between 8–9 a.m. and finish from 4:30 p.m. onwards. Fridays with reduced hours, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Up to 3 days of remote work per month.
