Were looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As the voice behind a leading global automotive group, youll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
What Youll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering knowledgeable support on products, services, and vehicle features.

Guide customers through vehicle options, specifications, and pricing.

Assist with dealer location, online navigation, and infotainment services.

Investigate and resolve issues efficiently using internal tools.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Contribute to a supportive and enthusiastic team culture.
What Were Looking For:

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal abilities and a dedication to top-tier customer service.

Confidence using computers and familiarity with CRM platforms.

A strong sense of professionalism and commitment to excellence.

Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
