Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured and engaging Health and Social Care lessons at BTEC Level 2 and 3.
- Implement effective assessment and feedback strategies to track student progress.
- Set high expectations and support students in achieving their target grades.
- Utilize a range of teaching techniques to cater to different learning styles.
- Contribute to the development of resources and strategies for raising attainment in Health and Social Care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistent standards across the vocational curriculum.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care at BTEC Level 2 and 3 (or strong potential as an ECT with a strong academic background and relevant sector knowledge).
- A strong understanding of BTEC assessment criteria and effective teaching strategies for vocational learners.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and data analysis skills.
- A commitment to ensuring all students achieve their potential in Health and Social Care.
