👊 The Mission: Project Manager
Join us in Sofia as a Project Manager and drive the successful implementation of software projects across capital markets. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of complex transformations—bridging business goals and tech execution.

🧠 What You’ll Do
Lead with Vision – Drive end-to-end project delivery for software implementations in capital markets, aligning execution with client and company objectives.
Collaborate to Win – Orchestrate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and client stakeholders.
Own the Plan – Build and manage detailed project plans, scope, budgets, and timelines with laser precision.
Drive Communication – Serve as the project’s communication hub—keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
Document & Deliver – Lead workshops, gather requirements, and ensure thorough technical and business documentation.
Adapt & Execute – Manage change, mitigate risk, and pivot fast when necessary to keep momentum strong.
Support Success – Work alongside the Senior Project Manager on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
✅ Must-Haves
- 3+ years’ experience managing software implementation projects in financial services (preferably vendor-side)
- Proven success delivering fixed-price projects in matrixed environments
- Strong knowledge of trading/brokerage domains and related regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- Familiarity with both Agile and traditional project methodologies
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
🌟 Nice-to-Haves
- PMP or similar certification
- Agile certifications or hands-on experience in Scrum/Kanban
- Experience with SaaS products and delivery
- Technical understanding of software development or systems integration
