Role Overview:
- Lead and manage the KS2 phase, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
- Support and mentor staff, providing guidance and leadership
- Develop and implement strategies to raise achievement across KS2
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement the school’s vision
