Position Overview
Were looking for a driven Product Manager to lead product research, strategy, and execution in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This role involves identifying customer needs, shaping innovative product solutions, and working closely with engineering, marketing, and operations to bring impactful features to life.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market, user, and product data analysis to uncover opportunities and address product gaps

Develop innovative ideas that drive user growth, engagement, and business performance

Create comprehensive product specifications and perform scenario analysis to support data-driven decision-making

Convert product vision into detailed user stories, requirements, and prototypes

Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and business value

Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to coordinate feature development and ensure smooth delivery

Evaluate product performance and recommend improvements based on user behavior and analytics
Qualifications

13 years of experience in product management or product marketing, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment

Strong technical understanding, including familiarity with SQL or hands-on software development experience

Skilled in project management and analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams

Strong user empathy combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage end-to-end product development and cross-functional collaboration

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking ownership from concept through execution
