Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to children with a range of special educational needs.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement and learning.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and outside professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching students with special educational needs (desirable).
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
