Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and up-to-date Health and Social Care lessons at BTEC Level 2 and 3.
- Develop students' practical skills through role-play, case studies, and discussions.
- Foster an understanding of the ethical and legal frameworks within the sector.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching resources.
- Support students in their progression to further education or employment in Health and Social Care.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a closely related field.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care at BTEC Level 2 and 3 (or strong potential as an ECT with relevant professional experience).
- A strong understanding of the current trends and challenges within the Health and Social Care sector.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to providing students with a well-rounded and practical vocational education.
