Job Title: Remote Business Development Representative
Hourly Pay: $22 - $27/hour
Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to join our remote team and help us connect with new clients. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce our services, answer initial questions, and generate qualified leads. You’ll play a key part in filling the sales pipeline and setting up opportunities for account executives. If you’re confident, organized, and goal-focused, this is a great entry point into a long-term sales or partnership role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound communication with potential customers via phone, email, or LinkedIn
- Deliver clear introductions of our products and services and respond to basic inquiries
- Schedule meetings and demos for account managers or leadership when appropriate
- Track and document all outreach activities and customer responses in the CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Follow up consistently to keep leads engaged and updated on offerings
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skillsboth written and spoken
- Comfortable using tools like CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email, and LinkedIn
Organized and persistent, with a results-oriented mindset
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach is preferred
