Job Title: HRD Sr. Staff Recruitment and Training
Reports To: Asst. HRD Manager / Department HRD Manager
The prescreening interview will be done over the phone. Onsite hiring follows.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and employee training initiatives to ensure the company attracts, selects, and develops qualified talent. Ensures all processes comply with ISO standards and company policies, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine manpower needs and update job descriptions aligned with ISO documentation.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and engage in proactive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct background checks, prepare employment offers, and oversee hiring documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records and metrics in compliance with ISO procedures.
Onboarding & Employee Integration:
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding documents are properly completed and filed per ISO guidelines.
- Coordinate probationary assessments and gather feedback from managers.
- Assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Plan, organize, and implement in-house and external training programs, ensuring alignment with ISO quality objectives.
- Document and monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback, incorporating continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain accurate training records and certifications required by ISO standards.
Training & Development:
ISO Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in HRD-related ISO audits, ensuring all recruitment and training processes meet ISO requirements.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to recruitment and training.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and corrective actions to address non-conformities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 35 years of work experience in recruitment and training, preferably in an ISO-certified organization.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 (or relevant standards) and experience maintaining HR documentation for compliance is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and talent assessment capabilities.
- Experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience using HRIS, and Canva designs
