Job Description
Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join their team.
Location: On site - Flexible - Mosta
Responsibilities:
As an Audit Senior, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Lead statutory audits for medium to large companies from planning through to completion, including reporting and presenting findings to clients
Prepare financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting framework and prepare completion documentation, including reports to those charged with governance (e.g. management letter)
Supervise and coach audit associates during engagements
Support the induction and on-the-job training of audit associates
Assist with other audit-related projects as required
Requirements:
University degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar audit role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency in standard office tools and software
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
