About the Project
As part of a broader Go-to-Market (GTM) systems transformation, we are enhancing and expanding our Salesforce architecture to support revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. We're seeking a Salesforce Developer who can partner with internal stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Role Overview
This role involves customizing, configuring, and extending the Salesforce platform to align with GTM needs. You’ll play a key role in integrating Salesforce with other tools, optimizing data flow, and supporting process automation to enhance the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Customize and develop features within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Build and manage Apex classes, Lightning components, flows, and triggers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Lead the implementation of Salesforce integrations with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, NetSuite, and internal systems.
Optimize CRM data structure and improve the usability and automation of GTM processes.
Ensure best practices in version control, testing, and deployment.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead lifecycle management, and data model best practices.
Experience with deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar) and version control systems.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or Architect).
Experience in fast-paced GTM or RevOps environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
