About the Role
Join a leading insurance provider as a French-speaking Customer Service Agent based in vibrant Lisbon. In this role, youll support French-speaking customers with their insurance needs, policy questions, and claims. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French

Provide accurate information about insurance services and policies

Resolve inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Follow internal procedures and regulatory compliance guidelines
Requirements

Fluent French (spoken and written)

Good level of English

Experience in customer service or insurance is an asset
