THE ROLE & WHY IT EXISTS
Gravitee.io is taking APIs to the next level — we are the premier, open source API platform and we want everyone to know how amazing our software is. To make this happen, we are looking for someone passionate, curious and ambitious. This is where you come in.
We are currently looking for a strategic and driven Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the development of new partnerships across the UK and international markets. This role is central to expanding our ecosystem; identifying, onboarding, and growing relationships with high-value partners across system integrators (SIs), and strategic alliances.
You’ll be responsible for owning the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship-building through to commercial negotiation and go-to-market execution. If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating structure, and knows how to balance hustle with strategic focus, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Your daily to-do list will feature some or all of the following, but is not limited to:
- Own the end-to-end execution for identifying and signing new partners
- Research and evaluate prospective partners based on IPP fit
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential partners using tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lead commercial negotiations and close partnership agreements that deliver measurable impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, enablement, and product to activate and support partners
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners and internal teams
- Set and manage partner targets, reporting regularly on performance and insights
- Continuously assess partner ROI, identify gaps, and implement improvement initiatives
- Be hands-on and proactive, able to navigate ambiguity and build process where it doesn’t yet exist
- Represent the company externally at partner meetings, events, and briefings
ESSENTIAL SKILLS The right candidate will possess at least the following skills, if not more:
- 5+ years’ experience in partnerships - ideally within B2B SaaS, API management, or data/AI-focused tech
- French language skills are a bonus but not mandatory
- Proven experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or tech partners
- Commercially minded with a track record of sourcing and signing high-impact partners
- Operationally strong - you know how to build scalable processes and systems that drive repeatable outcomes
- Data-driven, with experience using HubSpot and Excel or reporting tools to manage pipeline and performance
- Natural relationship-builder who can create trust and alignment with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, resourceful approach
- Experience working across global or distributed teams is a plus
- Comfortable with travel to partner and customer offices
