WHEEL LOADER/FORKLIFT OPERATOR- SAUDI ARABIA
Position Overview:
The Wheel Loader/Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating wheel loaders and forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, ensuring efficient operation within the onshore drilling and rig move operations environment. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, proper handling of equipment, and efficient material management to support operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate wheel loaders /forklifts to load and unload onshore rig parts, chemicals, and materials, and equipment.
- Load and unload rig parts, porta cabin, containers, or pallets accurately and safely.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Ensure materials are handled carefully to prevent damage or injury.
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment usage.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with lifting, organizing, and storing materials in designated areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational issues or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift and/or wheel loader operation SPSP certification/Saudi driving license.
- Proven experience operating forklifts and wheel loaders.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy loads.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge to operate wheel loader/forklift 10 tons (XCMG/ZOOMLION) brands.
- Basic maintenance skills for equipment troubleshooting.
- Basic Salary: SAR.2,500.00 plus SAR.300.00 food allowance
- Working Conditions: 8 regular working hours and 6 days a week. In excess is overtime pay.
- Duration of Contract: Two (2) years with option for renewal.
NOTE: Priority will be given to candidates with experience in drilling and rig move operations, particularly those familiar with operating XCMG and ZOOMLION heavy equipment brands.
