We are looking for a Mexico-based freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our international HR team. This role is responsible for sourcing and hiring Sales Representatives across the United States for our Italy-based company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in headhunting, talent sourcing, and recruitment strategies, with proven expertise using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for remote Sales Representatives in the USA
- Actively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job platforms
- Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Utilize ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a strong plus) to efficiently track and manage candidates
- Ensure weekly KPI targets for sourcing and interviewing are consistently met
- Stay up to date with market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a headhunter or in an agency setting
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
- Strong results-driven mindset with the ability to meet recruitment KPIs
Contract Details:
- Freelance contract
- Full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
- Work remotely from Mexico
