Your Role as a Spanish ECT
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Spanish lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Foster a love for the Spanish language and Hispanic culture through authentic learning experiences.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including drama, music, film, and online resources, to enhance engagement.
- Work closely with an experienced mentor, receiving regular feedback and support.
- Encourage students to develop fluency and confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Spanish.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, such as Spanish clubs, film screenings, and language immersion trips.
- Inspire students to explore Spanish literature, history, and global perspectives through discussion and analysis.
