Key Responsibilities – What we expect from you ?

Operational Strategy & Execution:
You will develop and implement operational strategies that align with the Sharingbox bussiness’s growth objectives and ensure high performance across all Europe.

Process Optimization:
We will expect from you to standardize and streamline operational processes across countries to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize scalability.

Team Leadership:
You will build, as a mentor you lead a high-performing operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability across different countries.

Budget Management:
You will be responsible to oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective management while maintaining high service quality.

Supply Chain & Logistics:
Optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management, distribution, and logistics to ensure availability and reliability of equipment and materials for all activations process, will be your main task.

Performance Metrics & Reporting
You will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance:
In order to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met across all countries, you will be addressing any issues promptly and proactively.

Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations and manage potential operational risks particularly in the context of event-based activations.
About you ?

Experience: You have 7+ years in operations management, ideally in a multi-country, service-based business. Experience in the events or hospitality sector is a plus.

Leadership: You have a proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in multiple European languages is a plus. English will be the working language.

Project Management: You are skilled in project management, with experience handling large-scale, cross-border projects.

Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and capable of handling multiple responsibilities effectively.
