The Role:
As their Sales Director for the European market, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan to drive significant revenue growth. You will build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy specifically tailored for the European market.
- Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Europe.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine go-to-market strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Continuously monitor sales performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape to adapt strategies proactively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and negotiations to successful deal closure.
- Represent our client at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share within the European market.
- An established network of contacts within the B2B SaaS industry in Europe.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance analysis, leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe as needed.
Important: This role is based on-site in our Dubai office.
