Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
🔹 Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students with additional needs.
🔹 Support students with EHCPs, ensuring they achieve academic and personal growth.
🔹 Work closely with mainstream subject teachers to promote inclusive learning strategies.
🔹 Use innovative and adaptive techniques to enhance student engagement.
🔹 Foster a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence.
🔹 Collaborate with parents, SENCO, and external professionals to provide holistic support.
🔹 Take an active role in the SEN team, sharing best practices and strategies.
🔹 Champion inclusive education, ensuring every student has access to quality learning experiences.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – with experience as an SEN Teacher in mainstream or SEN settings.
✅ Passion for SEN Education – particularly Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
✅ Experience working with students with EHCPs – supporting them in an inclusive environment.
✅ Creative & Adaptive Teaching Approach – to engage and inspire students.
✅ Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills – to work effectively within a collaborative SEN team.
✅ Enhanced DBS Check – or willingness to obtain one.
