As their Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind revenue growth in the Riyadh market, working at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and commercial impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and grow key accounts within the FMCG industry across the Riyadh region.
- Drive new business development using your existing client base and network.
- Consult with marketing and trade teams of major FMCG players to provide tailored POSM solutions that move the needle.
- Work closely with internal design, production, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Act as a strategic advisor not just a seller to ensure clients see measurable return on their POSM investments.
You're Right for This Role If You Have:
- 5+ years of FMCG client management or sales experience, preferably with a POSM, retail marketing, or print manufacturing background.
- A proven network in FMCG across Saudi Arabia, especially in trade marketing or sales departments.
- Resilience, ambition, and hunger to make your mark within a high-performance culture.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a track record of closing six and seven-figure deals.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
