What You Will Be Doing

Delivering Outstanding Lessons: Plan, teach, and assess engaging lessons in a variety of subjects, ensuring that the curriculum is delivered in a fun and inspiring way that encourages student participation and progression.

Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster an environment where all students feel confident, supported, and motivated. You’ll differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of each child, ensuring every student reaches their potential.

Collaborating with a Strong Team: Work with other teachers and staff to share ideas, plan cross-curricular projects, and ensure consistency and high standards across the school.

Building Positive Relationships with Families: Communicate regularly with parents and carers, sharing updates on student progress and helping to build a supportive partnership in each child’s learning journey.
