About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons at A-Level, following relevant examination specifications.
- Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of academically gifted students.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, business simulations, and guest speakers, to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys.
- Prepare students for A-Level Business examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria.
- Contribute to the development of the Business Studies curriculum and resources.
- Foster a passion for business and enterprise in students, encouraging them to develop their leadership and decision-making skills.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to business and entrepreneurship.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies, particularly at A-Level.
- Demonstrated ability to teach A-Level Business.
- Experience in preparing students for A-Level Business examinations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate high-achieving students.
- A passion for business and a commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
