Key Responsibilities
1. Shipment Monitoring
- Track international shipments in real-time using TMS/WMS
- Identify transit exceptions and coordinate resolutions
- Provide proactive updates to stakeholders
2. Data-Driven Optimization
- Analyze delivery performance metrics and transit patterns
- Generate operational reports to support decision-making
- Recommend process improvements based on insights
3. Operational Support
- Liaise with warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders
- Resolve shipment issues and escalate critical cases
- Address customer inquiries with timely solutions
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelors in Logistics/Supply Chain (preferred)
- Experience in logistics coordination or data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills + analytical mindset
- Fluency in Mandarin & English (written/spoken)
- Ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of customs clearance systems
