Your Role as a Drama ECT:
- Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Tailoring your teaching to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed.
- Receiving continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced staff to help you grow as a teacher.
