About the Role
As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting German agencies and businesses to launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns. This is a target-driven position where you'll collaborate closely with clients, providing expert guidance to ensure their digital marketing efforts are both effective and impactful.
Your Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate and create impactful PPC campaigns.

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to drive spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.

Client Engagement: Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.
What We're Looking For

Educational Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent; an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.

Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
