We are seeking an exceptional Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles, fostering a love of Maths in our students.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their Maths lessons.
- Teach a variety of mathematical concepts and skills, promoting mathematical literacy and developing students' confidence in their abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress in Maths, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and departmental resources, ensuring that our teaching remains current and engaging.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Maths teaching.
We are looking for a Maths Teacher who has:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
- A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Maths.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A passion for Maths and a commitment to inspiring students.
- A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
