Job Title: Psychology Teacher
The Role in a Nutshell:
- Teach Psychology at Key Stage 4 and, crucially, Key Stage 5 (A-Level Psychology).
- Create engaging and challenging lessons.
- Differentiate instruction for all learners.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues.
- Contribute to curriculum development.
- Communicate with parents/guardians.
- Uphold all safeguarding policies.
Essential Qualities:

QTS: Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).

Experience: Proven ability to teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5.

Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Psychology and a commitment to student success.
