Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons for KS3, KS4, and KS5 students, ensuring lessons are tailored to meet diverse student needs.
- Develop a curriculum that promotes problem-solving, critical thinking, and deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that motivates students to actively participate and succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve teaching methods and share best practices within the Maths department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt teaching styles to suit different learners.
