Role Highlights:

- Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively
- Assist in adapting learning materials and classroom activities to meet the needs of individual students
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Support students with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development in children
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant qualification) or willingness to undertake training
- Enhanced DBS check required
