Job Summary
A leading company in the digital commerce and services industry, based in New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt, and is recognized for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer-centric solutions. They are seeking a dynamic, strategic & creative Marketing Director to lead their e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives, focusing on driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and operational excellence across the GCC region.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals for the GCC market.
- Manage product listings and storefronts to enhance product visibility, pricing competitiveness, and customer conversion rates.
- Lead integrated digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels.
- Develop culturally resonant content and localized marketing campaigns tailored to diverse GCC audiences.
- Harness data intelligence to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiencies across marketing, logistics, and customer service.
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce and digital marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development of persuasive, market-specific content that supports brand building and customer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and customer service, to create seamless customer experiences.
- Deliver actionable insights and reports on marketing and e-commerce performance to drive business decisions.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years as a Marketing Manager or in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably with a strong e-commerce background and GCC market exposure.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and regional targeting across the GCC.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred; familiarity with GCC regional dialects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
