Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for KS4 and KS5 students, focusing on key topics such as marketing, finance, business operations, and entrepreneurship.
- Develop a curriculum that challenges students while providing practical insights into the business world.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic development.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and motivated to achieve their best.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources and improve teaching practices within the Business Studies department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business, Business Studies, Economics, or a related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
