Our client is seeking a Domestic Freight Sales Executive (Produce) to join their team! This high-impact role is focused on developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering refrigerated freight solutions for produce shippers. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping customers move fresh freight efficiently while consistently achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities

Develop and close new business opportunities within the produce and perishable freight sector

Manage and expand a book of business focused on temperature-controlled domestic shipments

Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure on-time and seamless freight execution

Deliver consultative supply chain solutions tailored to customer needs

Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive activity

Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
Requirements

Must be based in the Raleigh area

Proven experience in freight sales, ideally with a focus on produce or refrigerated freight

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and hunter mentality
