Your Role as an SEN ECT:
🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
🔹 Support students with SEN, fostering confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
🔹 Work closely with experienced SEN teachers, therapists, and support staff.
🔹 Create an inclusive and structured classroom environment.
🔹 Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
🔹 Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A passionate ECT – Newly qualified or completing your PGCE/teacher training in 2025.
✅ A strong desire to work in SEN – Experience with additional needs (e.g., Autism, SEMH, or speech & language difficulties) is a plus.
✅ A creative & adaptable teaching approach – Willing to embrace innovative strategies.
✅ Excellent communication & teamwork skills – Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
✅ A patient, empathetic, and resilient mindset – Committed to making a lasting impact on young learners.
✅ Enhanced DBS Check – Or willingness to obtain one.
