Your Role as an English Teacher:
🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons that inspire a love for language and literature.
🔹 Support students with additional learning needs through personalised learning strategies and interventions.
🔹 Use a range of teaching methods to address diverse learning styles, fostering students' confidence and skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
🔹 Track student progress and tailor lessons to ensure all students are achieving their potential.
🔹 Collaborate with the SEN team and other colleagues to support individual student needs and enhance their learning experience.
🔹 Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – English specialism preferred.
✅ Experience teaching English at secondary level, ideally in a specialist or SEN setting.
✅ A strong understanding of differentiated teaching methods and inclusive practices.
✅ Creative, patient, and flexible approach to teaching and managing a diverse classroom.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
