Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled professional to join a growing team focused on transactional cost monitoring, reporting, and optimization in digital operations. This role centers on improving the financial efficiency of internal systems and relationships with external service partners.
In this role, you will work behind the scenes to support the internal oversight of digital transaction flows. Key tasks include reconciling internal and external records, monitoring financial variances, and identifying process enhancements related to digital payments and transactional costs.

Responsibilities:
As a Payments Analyst, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Evaluate internal data trends to flag inconsistencies or areas for cost control.
• Reconcile data sets between internal tools and third-party providers.
• Track refund trends, reversal metrics, and associated risks.
• Review transaction-related costs (including fees, adjustments, and settlements).
• Analyze performance across external processors to improve routing strategies.
• Coordinate with financial and compliance teams on data integrity.
• Contribute to reports tracking success/failure metrics and costs.
• Ensure accurate fund settlement across systems and investigate mismatches.
Requirements:
- Background in business, finance, or data-oriented roles (2+ years).
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analytics tools.
- Experience handling numerical reports or large datasets.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with digital transaction environments (iGaming, e-commerce, fintech) is helpful.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sectors such as gaming, online retail, or financial technology.
- Awareness of regulatory standards and compliance practices related to payment operations.
- Hands-on experience using financial software or systems that support payment tracking and reconciliation.
