Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students with special educational needs.
- Work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and therapists.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet individual learning goals.
- Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
- Foster a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching students with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
- A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
- Strong knowledge of individualised learning strategies.
- Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
