Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls in French, assisting customers with insurance-related services.
- Answer calls from consumers who have recently purchased an appliance and wish to register it.
- Collect and confirm all necessary details to complete the product registration.
- Explain the legal warranty terms, introduce consumer insurance, and offer additional coverage options.
- Apply effective sales techniques, address objections professionally, and guide customers through the insurance process.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, adapt to changes, and work towards set targets.
- Provide valuable feedback on process improvements and best practices.
- Ensure accurate data entry for client registrations and insurance offerings.
- Follow compliance guidelines and company policies.
Your profile

Fluent in French, with a good command of English and Spanish (B1 level).
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
- Minimum 1 year of (tele)sales experience with strong negotiation skills.

- Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
