About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including A-Level.
- Plan and deliver lessons that are both theoretical and practical, incorporating real-world case studies, business simulations, and guest speaker sessions.
- Guide students in developing essential business skills, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Assess student progress through a variety of methods, including presentations, project work, and examinations.
- Contribute to the development of a dynamic and engaging Business Studies curriculum that reflects the changing demands of the business world.
- Foster links with local businesses and industry professionals to provide students with valuable work experience opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Business Studies or a related field.
- Experience teaching Business Studies at A-Level, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging students in real-world learning.
- A strong understanding of current business trends and developments.
