Position Overview:
Entry level billing professional, responsible for billing various customers weekly, collaborating with driver managers, reviewing submissions for accuracy, and billing in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations weekly (obtain billing documents to bill)
- Be aware of price increases
- Invoice customers weekly (ensuring accuracy of amounts, periods, cost centers)
- Update teams billing tracker (with amounts billed)
- Credits & Rebills (occasional)
- Dedicated, Leasing, and Rental billing duties
- SOP (standard operating procedure documentation written and/or recorded)
- Ad Hoc projects as assigned by management. Duties may change at any time.
Qualifications:
- 1 year or less in billing role
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- High school diploma
- Business ethics & confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
- Should have good attendance record
- Should be able to perform duties with or without guidance
- Should be able to perform duties with a reasonable amount of mistakes or minimal
- Should have good time management skills
- Should have a good attitude
- Should be a good team player
- Should have good problem-solving skills and be able to work independently
- Should operate in professional manner with good customer service skills
- Should be able to find SOPs in Trainual
- Should be able to operate in one of our systems (Karmak, McLeod, or Freight Data)
Compensation:
$23/hourly
