Job Responsibilities
Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contracts Manager in overseeing all quantity surveying
tasks related to Sub-Contracts, Works Orders, and Purchase Orders for assigned projects.
Manage contractual and costing matters, such as verifying invoices for payment, assessing
contractors' claims for variation works, extension of
handling of contractual disputes.

Based on information provided, update variation in claims, projects handover dates
Submit and monitor Monthly and final project claims
Address concerns regarding payment claim breakdown formats/ amounts, invoicing, variation
orders, final accounts, etc.
Channelling other enquiries to the respective persons-in-charge
Ensuring proper filing and storage of related documents (e.g., certificates, variation orders,
Engineer's Instructions, Statements of Final Account, etc.).
Obtain Monthly Progress Reports by deadline
To liaise with relevant Dept for IFCA activity code cost to date and budget monitoring
Ensure prepared subcontract agreement scope of work, pricing etc. in order
Job Requirements
Graduates from accredited universities with bachelor degree in quantity surveying or construction
management.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team
Experience in precast manufacture industry will be added advantage
