Working Location: Kepong, KL
Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6.30pm)

Job Scope:
1. Reporting to immediate senior PA/manager/management
2. Oversee whole group of companies activities
3. Collect, organize, and maintain confidential documents and files.
4. Monitor and supervise the reports that are handled by staff
5. Distribute reports & follow up the assigned task to respective staff
6. Coordinate and assist with employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and training; determines employee classifications and ensures completion of all appropriate paperwork for new employees.
7. Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings and events.
8. Follow up closely on action items to support the managerial role.
9. Standing in Superiors absence
10. Maintain general company record system to uphold accurate files
11. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence letters such as confidential and official correspondences, memorandum, agenda and minutes of meetings
12. Reminding and follow up tasks and deadlines
13. Monitor & investigate staff attendance and report to Management daily
Requirements:
1. Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
2. HR background is an added advantage

3. Willing to provide support whenever request including normal weekend & public holiday (only applied to special circumstances)
