🤝 Foster strong relationships with internal teams & external stakeholders
✅ Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
📈 Contribute to process improvements and operational growth
📅 Manage team scheduling, task assignment, and break coverage
🧑🏫 Guide, support, and coach your team to ensure peak performance
🔄 Conduct performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback

🔍 What You Bring:
🗣️ Fluency in English (C1) – strong written and verbal communication
🧠 Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field (live ops, customer service, digital entertainment, etc.)
🖥️ Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office tools
👥 Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
📋 Familiarity with industry-specific procedures and operational workflows
