Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our brand’s online presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, ensuring our brand maintains a strong and cohesive presence across all digital platforms.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth through targeted digital campaigns, advanced analytics, and effective use of digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Design and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
- Strategic Digital Marketing Management: Develop and implement holistic digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, manage metadata, and optimize website architecture for better search rankings.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Lead the development of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other tools to track digital performance, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets, optimizing spending based on campaign performance and strategic priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
- Innovation & Trend Adaptation: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
