Art Teacher – Full-Time, Permanent Position

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Art Teacher to join a dynamic department at a highly regarded school in Leamington Spa. As a Art Teacher, you will:
- Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to progress to KS5 teaching.
- Support students in developing their understanding of Art, helping them reach their highest potential.
- Track and assess students’ progress, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other Art Teachers to share best practices and resources, enhancing the overall teaching experience.
- Participate in extracurricular activities related to Art, such as clubs and science events.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A PGCE or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is required.
- Previous experience as Art Teacher at secondary school level is essential.
- A degree in Art or a related subject is necessary.

Salary:
The salary will be in line with the MPS/UPS scale, dependent on experience.
