Hybrid Model: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud - Team Lead, you will:
- Lead a team of Oracle Fusion experts, ensuring successful project implementation and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies.
- Facilitate client design reviews and drive discussions from project inception to completion.
- Take full ownership of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide expertise in General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management within Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Interpret functional requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Design module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment.
- Conduct Solution Design, Functional Fit-Gap Analysis, Training, and Testing sessions.
- Support business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs.
- Prepare test scripts, test cases, and deliver training sessions.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering long-term professional growth.
What You Need to Succeed
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of experience working in Oracle ERP Fusion Finance or related products.
- Led at least four full life cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
- Strong team management experience, having led technical professionals in implementation projects.
- Expertise in client-facing delivery roles, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency in German or French.
- Additional certifications such as MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA.
