About the Role
This SDR Manager position offers:

Base salary up to £60,000 with uncapped OTE of £90,000 and EMI share options.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and expand the SDR team, ensuring high-quality opportunities for the sales function.
- Coach team members to exceed their potential while meeting your own personal targets.
- Streamline SDR processes, introducing scalable and efficient systems.
- Align with marketing and product teams to improve outreach and messaging.
- Develop and implement an SDR outreach playbook to fuel team success.
- Report data-driven insights and recommendations to the Head of Sales.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B SDR experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role.
- A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and improving outbound processes.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Cognism, and SourceWhale.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions.
- High emotional intelligence and a proven ability to coach and motivate teams.
- A proactive, lead-from-the-front attitude to inspire success.
