Position Overview
The Head of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) – IT Services will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, profitability, and operational excellence of our IT Services division, with a primary focus on the healthcare IT sector. Reporting directly to the President, this role demands strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and leadership skills to lead a team, manage technical projects, and achieve financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and profitability for the SBU, with a particular focus on healthcare IT services and solutions.

Commercial Growth: Drive sales and marketing initiatives to generate leads, increase revenue, and expand market share in the MENA region.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of IT consulting, project management, compliance, and training services, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Team Management: Lead and manage teams across sales, presales, business analysis, and technical delivery, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring successful project delivery and high retention rates.

Financial Oversight: Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure cost management to maximize profitability.

Market Expansion: Identify and seize opportunities for growth in the GCC and MENA regions, with a specific focus on the Saudi Arabia market.
Qualifications
- MBA or a Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience, preferably within the IT or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in leading and growing operations across multiple countries, particularly in the MENA/GCC regions.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting, project management, and healthcare compliance (HIMSS).
- Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
